It was our privilege and pleasure to work with the Brannen Team on building our custom home in Harmony Club.  From preliminary architectural design meetings with our architect, to interior design selections, to onsite meetings throughout the build, to their continued support of our home, the Brannen team has exuded expertise and professionalism across the board. Cassie and I were cautioned prior to starting the process that it (building a home) could be a real and stressful challenge; contrary to this we really enjoyed the journey, I believe much of this can be credited to the Brannen process.

After living in our home for a little over a year, we have had a chance to “get to know our home” and really settle in.  We have started to thoroughly appreciate the high level of craftsmanship of the house. Corners are square, finishes are perfect, the home is quiet and just overall harmonious. After witnessing the detailed and coordinated process of building a home, we are thankful for the level of quality that was required from all trades involved to keep the quality of our house very high.

There are many options out there for building a custom home and we feel very fortunate to have found the Brannen Custom Homes; great people that we now call friends.  They did an excellent job!

The process of building our home was an incredible journey thanks to the team at Brannen Design and Construction. We were extremely pleased to have worked with a great architect who designed the home of our dreams. The entire team was wonderful in helping us pick out amazing selections for our home. The management and oversight of the project was outstanding.

The Brannen team was there every step of the way to help guide us through the process and answer our questions to ensure the final product met every detail. The communication throughout the project was excellent and the team did an amazing job working through the challenges that come along with construction. Our house inspector stated this was one of the best constructed homes he has inspected and commented about the quality of workmanship in the home.

We absolutely love our home and thoroughly enjoyed working with the Brannen team!

Having friends who lived in beautiful Brannen homes, we always hoped one day to also live in one. Our experience with Jay, Melissa, and Jenni and their attention from design to every detail was remarkable. So much so, we eagerly built a second home with them when opportunity arose. Add our Super, Joey, into the mix and the communication and creative ‘ANY problem-solving guidance’ has been a wonderful life experience.
